The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Support Network was founded in 2025 by a mom of a special needs young adult, who recognized the need for a local organization dedicated to helping individuals with a hidden disability. Our mission for this nonprofit is to educate & connect all residents of Wake County to the Sunflower Program at: https://hdsunflower.com/us/
